ASK Program Staff

ASK staff members are well-trained Georgetown University students committed to social justice and the ASK youth. The staff is led by a strong student leadership team under the direction of youth development specialist and veteran educator, Abbey Schneider. ASK staff members are volunteers and federal work study ($8.50-9.25/hr) students representing each of the schools and each class on Georgetown's main campus. ASK staff work with youth two evenings a week (Mondays & Wednesdays, or Tuesdays & Thursdays) from 5-8PM. They also attend a weekly staff meeting. In total, ASK staff devote 7½ to 9 hours each week to the program.
