Alternative Spring Break Programs
Make your spring break memorable this year. Make a difference.
Alternative spring break trips are an opportunity to work with domestic and/or international communities in a week-long service and immersion experience. The Center for Social Justice Research, Teaching and Service (CSJ) offers several Alternative Spring Break Trip options with varying levels of direct service, learning, reflection, and immersion. There is a trip here for you.
The Trips are designed to connect Georgetown students and community members together as you work towards personal growth, mutual awareness, and social justice. It is a great alternative to make a difference during your spring break in an alcohol-free environment.
Transportation, lodging, and food are included in the trips' fees. Unless otherwise noted, all of the trips begin on Saturday, March 6th, and you will return to campus on Saturday, March 13th.
TRIP FEES
Border Awareness Experience: $250.00
Worker Justice DC: $125.00
All other trips: $200.00 ($150 for drivers)
